Terms of Service & Policies

Pricing Structure:

Our pricing is calculated on an hourly basis. Please make sure that all information provided is accurate; discrepancies may result in additional charges that reflect the condition of the property or facility. Additional requests outside of our scope of work will also be followed by additional charges.

Furniture Movement:

Should you wish our team to clean beneath or behind any furniture, please notify our office in advance. To prevent any potential damage to your floors, we do not move furniture. We kindly request that you relocate any furniture before our arrival, allowing our staff to access and clean the desired areas without difficulty.

Limitations on Services:

Please be advised that we do not provide biohazard cleaning services of any kind, which include, but are not limited to, the removal of feces, blood, spoiled food, pest infestations, or any areas or objects that are not accessible with a 2-step stool. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of our staff.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we are committed to accommodating your scheduling needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. While we do not impose any other cancellation penalties, we greatly appreciate your consideration, as it allows us to adjust our schedule and better serve our clients.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We offer a 24-hour service guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. If any areas are overlooked or if you are not fully satisfied with our service, we will return to address the missed areas at no additional cost to you as long as you communicate with us within 24 hours after the appointment.

Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning Policy:

For our Move-In and Move-Out cleaning packages, the premises must be vacant or accessible and equipped with running water and power so that our team can perform the cleaning effectively. If our team arrives and finds that the property lacks water and power, they will depart, and our office will impose a 50% penalty fee to cover the reserved time in our schedule and the travel costs incurred by our team.
